Self-Service Online Portal
Welcome to the Upper Moreland Township Self-Service Online Portal for
permit applications submissions and payment to the Code Enforcement Office!
The online portal allows you to submit permit applications for construction, bulk items and zoning use registration, as well as make payments.
New users - Please follow these instructions to set up a user account on the self-service portal:
1. Navigate to https://uppermoreland.onlinegovt.com
2. In the top right, click “Register”.
3. In the new form that appears, fill out all of the information. This information will be the default information that
populates for the “Applicant” contact fields when submitting a new application in the Self-Service Portal.
4. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
5. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk email folders.
Current users - Click this link to login to the Self-Service Portal: https://uppermoreland.onlinegovt.com/
After creating your account, select the Self-Service Portal, click the “Login” option in the top right and enter your username (or email) and password. If you are unable to log in, or have forgotten your password, click “Login”, “Forgot Password”, enter your registered username or email. Then, check your email to receive a link to reset your password.
The Township is transitioning to an all-electronic permit application submission process. While permit applications and payments will still be accepted in-person for a period of time, it is highly recommended that you create an account and familiarize yourself with the online portal process to avoid any confusion.
