The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA), provides housing and homeownership opportunities for low and moderate income persons and families. The Montgomery County Housing Authority will be accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List from Friday, November 15, 2024 through Thursday, November 21, 2024.
Applications must be submitted online and are available in both English and Spanish at the following link: Apply here.
Please note that the application process is not first-come, first-served. All applications submitted within the designated timeframe will be given equal consideration for placement on the waiting list.
