Any resident needing a second Toter will have to contact the Public Works Department at 215-659-4070.  There will be a $100 fee for the a 95 gallon toter and a $75 fee for a 45 gallon toter.  This fee covers the cost of the toter, delivery and maintenance.  The can will remain the property of the Township. If you do not consistently overflow your first container, you probably do not need a second one.
