The Upper Moreland Historical Association's February 28th subject event has changed to: John Shepherd presents the "The Circus and Philadelphia, The Birth and Growth of an American Institution" on February 28th at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Room located in the Upper Moreland Township Administration Building.
