Jamie Nichols, a Hatha Yoga practitioner, will introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness and yoga. You will learn a series of basic poses, breathing techniques and sequences that are available to everyone regardless of experience. No experience necessary, all levels welcome.
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one, or a large towel. Wear comfortable clothes. This event is free.
