[ARCHIVED] Montgomery County Offers Pre-Registration For COVID-19 Vaccine

Montgomery County has created a pre-registration COVID-19 form for individuals who live or work in Montgomery County and wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.  Pre-registration does not guarantee a vaccine appointment and should be only be completed once. Your submission will be evaluated and you will be contacted when you are eligible to make an appointment. All communication will be done via e-mail. Starting on Monday, February 22nd at 8:00 a.m., you may dial (833) 875-3967 to pre-register for your COVID-19 vaccine. Please only pre-register one way, either by dialing the phone number or by completing the pre-registration form to avoid any confusion or delays.

Residents with general COVID-19 questions are encouraged to call (833) 875-3967. The hotline is operational six days a week, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. staffed with live agents. In addition, the hotline has language line support for over 100+ different languages. We encourage people to call the hotline or email COVID19@montcopa.org with general questions about COVID-19 and the vaccine.
