[ARCHIVED] Snow Emergency Declared Starting this Evening at 8:00 PM

A snow emergency has been declared in Upper Moreland Township starting this evening, February 17th at 8:00 p.m. until Friday, February 19th at 6:00 p.m.  No parking is allowed on designated snow emergency routes during this time.  If you have a driveway, PLEASE park there.  If it is necessary to park on the street, PLEASE park on the side of the street with ODD numbered addresses.  

Property owners are reminded to clear a pathway on sidewalks within 48 hours after snow or ice has stopped falling. Please do not shovel or dump snow and ice onto public streets. Your assistance is welcomed in clearing space around fire hydrants so that they are clearly visible and accessible.

In the event of a power outage, please call PECO’s emergency phone line at 1-800-841-4141. For all police, fire, or medical emergencies, dial 9-1-1.
