Stephen Heck will present "Siegmund Lubin, the Movie Man" - the man who made Montgomery County, PA, the Movie Capital of the World in the early years of the 20th century, on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 7:30 PM in the Upper Moreland Township Building.
