SEPTA is reminding customers that due to midday railroad tie replacement and brush cutting, buses will replace 6 Inbound and 6 Outbound midday trains (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) at Warminster, Hatboro, Willow Grove, Crestmont, Roslyn, and Ardsley Stations starting on Tuesday, September 4th. Shuttle buses will replace outbound train service from Glenside Station. Construction is expected to last through mid-December 2018.
Railroad maintenance is necessary for SEPTA to achieve its commitment to providing reliable and efficient train service. We are grateful to our customers and the communities we serve for their patience as we continue our ongoing maintenance efforts.

Customers should visit the Warminster Line Service Advisory Page on SEPTA’s website for schedule and service information, as inbound Buses between Warminster and Glenside Stations will depart earlier than regularly scheduled trains and outbound Buses from Glenside to Warminster Stations will arrive later than regularly scheduled trains.

Shuttle Bus / Train Service to Center City
Shuttle Buses will depart Warminster, Hatboro, Willow Grove, Crestmont, Roslyn, and Ardsley Stations 15 minutes EARLIER than Trains. Customers should transfer to regularly scheduled Trains at Glenside Station for continued service toward Center City.
Special Note – Train #449, departing Warminster at 3:25 PM, will operate 5 minutes EARLIER between Warminster and Glenside Stations.
Train / Shuttle Bus Service to Warminster
Customers will board regularly scheduled Trains at Center City Stations for service to Glenside and transfer to a Shuttle Bus for continued service toward Warminster. Shuttle Buses will arrive at Ardsley, Roslyn, Crestmont, Willow Grove, Hatboro and Warminster Stations LATER than regularly scheduled Trains.
Large format schedules are posted at each station, and SEPTA is encouraging customers to also utilize the various online and mobile options available to obtain schedules and service updates, including: printing .pdf versions of the schedule from http://www.septa.org/, via the Warminster Regional Rail Line’s Twitter account – https://twitter.com/septa_war, TrainView and System Status on SEPTA.org, or via the Official SEPTA App for iPhone and Android – http://www.septa.org/service/new-app.html – which is available for download in the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Work Activity
SEPTA’s contractor will be removing and replacing railroad ties along the Warminster Line. A second contractor will be trimming and chipping trees and brush and removing designated hazard trees that could be a potential threat to the operation of the railroad. All work will be performed on SEPTA’s right-of-way during mid-day hours.
Shuttle Busing
As a result of shuttle busing, residents in the area of Warminster, Hatboro, Willow Grove, Crestmont, Roslyn, Ardsley, and Glenside Stations may notice increased bus volume or buses may be briefly operating on roads that typically do not have bus service.
