Representative Murt will host a gun safety event on Wednesday, May 2, 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Upper Moreland Library at 109 Park Ave., Willow Grove, PA 19090. Tina Adair, a member of Hatboro Moms, will be presenting information from the BeSmart Campaign and will discuss the importance of conversation, responsible gun storage and community awareness. She offers simple safety steps to help protect children from guns and how to recognize the risks of teen suicide.
