Upper Moreland resident youngsters, aged 2-8, may create their own greeting card or ornament no larger than 8½ x 11” and drop it off or mail it to the Parks and Recreation office December 1 through December 12 for display. Everyone will be awarded a special prize and certificate. All entries must include child’s name, address, phone number, and age. We will have an awards party on Thursday, December 14, at 3:45pm. A “special guest” may even fly in from the North Pole to present the awards….!
