UM Parks and Recreation has a connection with the North Pole for Santa to return a call to your child. Call 215-659-3100 x 1039 for information.  Calls are returned on 12/13 between 6 & 8 PM. As you know, Santa is very busy at this time of the year, and, at times, cannot take all the phone calls from the many youngsters. We made arrangements with the North Pole for Santa to call your youngster, aged 2-8. Parents are asked to call the Department between Dec. 4 and Dec. 12, 8:30am-4:30pm, and provide some simple information.
