UPDATE (7/12/25 10 AM): Montgomery County has been notified that the statewide issues with 9-1-1 call delivery have been resolved.
Based on our analysis of systems within our own 9-1-1 Center, we are confident that we are successfully processing incoming 9-1-1 calls at a normal rate, and have been doing so for the past several hours.
