It's Halloween, so the Upper Moreland Police Department and Office of Emergency Management want you to have a great time, and to be very careful.  Here are a few tips on staying safe:

Trick or treat in groups and have an adult close by.

Make sure there is something reflective on your costume so drivers can see you.

Have a flashlight so you can see where you are going.

Don't eat anything until you get home and it can be checked.

Don't run out into the road.

Adults!  Please be extra careful driving.
