As part of its Regional Rail Improvement Program, SEPTA will be performing heavy repairs in the area between Fern Rock Transportation Center and Wayne Junction Station, as well as along the Fox Chase Line that will impacts riders, weekends only. The project includes major switch replacement, track repairs, signal and station work, in addition to brush clearing. On the following dates, no trains will operate between Fern Rock Transportation Center and Wayne Junction Station or on the Fox Chase Line:
- July 27th and 28th
- August 3rd and 4th
- August 10th and 11th
- August 17th and 18th
