Lane closures are scheduled on June 18th for bridge inspections, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced.

The work schedule is:

Tuesday, June 18, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a single lane closure is scheduled on Route 232 (York Road) between Fitzwatertown Road/Terwood Road and Warminster Road in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County;

Tuesday, June 18, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a single lane closure is scheduled on Pioneer Road between Byberry Road and Butternut Drive in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County;

The inspections are part of PennDOT’s program to inspect bridges at least once every two years to ensure the safety and overall condition of the structures.
