Upper Moreland has received a $165,500 grant from the PA Growing Greener Program to help fund the costs of a storm water management improvement project in Fair Oaks Park. The Township has now received $561,500 from three different grant programs to fund this project; nearly all of the money needed to pay for the estimated construction cost of $600,000.
