Large items that do not fit inside the trash cart such as tables, chairs, couches, dressers, carpeting, etc. must be scheduled for a free pickup by contacting the Public Works department at publicworks@uppermoreland.org or 215-659-4070.   The Public Works Department will confirm pickup with the resident and schedule date/time for pickup.  If you do not receive confirmation the item(s) will not be picked up.

Rugs and padding must be cut to 4-foot widths, then rolled and tied securely.  Each section should weigh less than 20 pounds (limit 1 room per pickup).

Mattresses and box springs must be covered in plastic.
