PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ZONING HEARING BOARD OF UPPER MORELAND TOWNSHIP WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, JULY 13, 2017 AT 7:30 PM AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 117 PARK AVENUE, WILLOW GROVE, PA.  ALL AFFECTED OR INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND AND OFFER TESTIMONY.  A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PETITION TO THE ZONING HEARING BOARD IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.

Petition of Donna Crothamel for property located at 420 W. Monument Avenue, Hatboro, PA 19040.  Applicant seeks a variance from Upper Moreland Township Code Ch. 350, Art. 6, Sec. 350-30 for the keeping of livestock.  A variance from Sec. 350-9(d) to keep livestock in a building/pen less than 100’ from a property line.  Applicant proposes to continue the keeping of two pygmy goats.  Property located in the R-3 Zoning District.

Petition of Nick Broytman for property located at 1695 Huntingdon Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.  Applicant seeks a variance from Upper Moreland Township Code Ch. 350, Art. 4, Sec. 350-18 to place a manufactured home on the property for use as a guest house.  A variance from Sec. 350-184 for an additional principal use on the lot.  Property located in the R-1 Zoning District.
