NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ZONING HEARING BOARD OF UPPER MORELAND TOWNSHIP WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON THURSDAY, MAY 11, 2017 AT 7:30 PM AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 117 PARK AVENUE, WILLOW GROVE, PA. ALL AFFECTED OR INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND AND OFFER TESTIMONY. A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PETITION TO THE ZONING HEARING BOARD IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AT THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
Petition of Michael E. Fisher of OPM Group for property located at 2515 Easton Road, Hatboro, PA 19040, tax parcel #59-00-12496-00-9. Applicant seeks a variance from Upper Moreland Township Code Ch. 350, Art. 24, Sec. 350-179.B(5) for more than one sign on any lot or premises. Applicant proposes to construct a pylon sign in addition to the two wall signs along each street frontage; a variance from Sec. 350-179.B(C)(7) to allow an LED sign on premises with less than 150’ frontage along Rt. 611. Property located in the C-2 Zoning District

Applicant seeks a variance from Upper Moreland Township Code Ch. 350, Art. 7, Sec. 350-38 for impervious surface coverage of 42.24% instead of the maximum 40%. Applicant proposes to construct an 8’x10’ utility shed. Property located in the R-4 Zoning District.
Petition of Upper Moreland Township School District for properties located at 3980, 3990 & 4000 Orangemans Road. Applicant seeks a variance from Upper Moreland Township Code Ch. 350, Art. 24, Sec. 350-179.B(11) for an LED sign within 100’ of a property zoned R-2, R-3, R-3A or R-4. A variance from Sec. 179.B(11) for an LED sign without the 150’ street frontage along the allowable roadways. Applicant proposes to replace three existing free standing signs with LED signs. Property located in the Institutional Zoning District.
