May I, as the property owner, perform my own plumbing & electrical work?

A registered Master Plumber is required for all plumbing work.  Only a Master Plumber may submit the plumbing permit application.  You may do your own electrical work.  Permits are required for both.  Upper Moreland Township does accept electrical plans pre-approved by a certified 3rd party agency.  An approved list of 3rd party electrical review/inspection agencies is included on the electrical permit application.
